Sponsorship Opportunities

Youth Outreach Services is proud to celebrate over 65 years of progress and community impact. This event will celebrate our history of providing youth services to over 300,000 youths between 12 to 21, our current successes in over 60 Cook County neighborhoods, and our plans for the future. At YOS, we recognize the potential in every youth. The proceeds from this event will improve and expand our comprehensive services in the areas of behavioral health counseling, prevention, juvenile justice, and child welfare services.

Tax-deductible donations from community and business leaders like you are what make our events possible. Please help us to keep all of our wonderful events going and continue these community traditions by making a commitment today.

  • EXECUTIVE SPONSORSHIP = $10,000
  • PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP = $5,000
  • GOLD SPONSORSHIP = $2,500
  • SILVER SPONSORSHIP = $1,000
  • BRONZE SPONSORSHIP = $500

Media/Marketing Materials

All sponsorships will include your company name/logo and link (where applicable) on YOS event marketing materials including:

  • Printed Collateral and mailings (Invitations, Flyers, Welcome Board, event signage).
  • Event Program Booklet, Newsletter, Email Blasts, Press Release.
  • All YOS social media platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as the event website.
  • Displayed in the YOS video in the entrance and main area screens.
  • Your company will be highlighted and recognized as a corporate sponsor in YOS’s Annual Report.

EXECUTIVE SPONSORSHIP = $10,000

The Executive Sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship at the Art of Wine & Chocolate Spring Fundraiser.  Your organization will be acknowledged as a top-level sponsor and prominently displayed in event day materials. Your company name/logo will be the largest on sponsor displays throughout the event. Additionally, you will receive:

  • Branding exclusivity in VIP Lounge
  • Program Booklet Ad – full page, inside cover color ad prominently placed in the booklet.
  • Featured article highlighting your company in our newsletter and annual report.
  • (15) complimentary tickets to the event
  • (15) 50/50 Raffle Tickets -Split the Pot
  • VIP lounge to include samplings of beer, spirits, and food from local businesses.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP = $5,000

The Platinum Sponsorship is a top-level sponsorship at the Art of Wine & Chocolate Spring Fundraiser. Your organization will be acknowledged as a top-level sponsor and prominently displayed in event day materials. Your company name/logo will be the largest on sponsor displays throughout the event.  Additionally, you will receive:

  • Program Booklet Ad – full page, prominently placed in the booklet.
  • Featured article highlighting your company in our newsletter and annual report.
  • (10) complimentary tickets to the event
  • (10) 50/50 Raffle Tickets -Split the Pot

GOLD SPONSORSHIP = $2,500

  • Program Booklet Ad – 1/2 page, placed in the booklet.
  • Your company is recognized in our newsletter and annual report.
  • (5) complimentary tickets to the event

SILVER SPONSORSHIP = $1,000

Thank you for committing to sponsor YOS’s Spring Fundraiser on June 6, 2024!

Please email, fax, or mail this sponsorship commitment form along with your payment to YOS by April 30, 2024. Complete the form and return it to Beth Spallone Director of Philanthropy at beths@yos.org. Or send by mail to Youth Outreach Services, Attn: Philanthropy Department, 2411 W. Congress Pkwy., Chicago, IL 60612.

We offer several methods to make the donation process easier:

  • CHECK:  Make check(s) payable to “Youth Outreach Services” and mail or drop off to Youth Outreach Services admin office (same as above).
  • ONLINE: Pay with your credit card. To avoid processing fees, send or email a copy of your commitment form to Beth Spallone @ beths@yos.org and we will process your transaction manually.
  • DROP-OFF donations at the Youth Outreach Services admin office (same as above).

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions:

The sponsor company is responsible for providing a high-resolution digital image of the company logo to be used on YOS digital media. Sponsorship Credit & Recognition items begin once the donation is received.  Sponsor credits are good for the calendar year and for all YOS Events that take place when donations are received. Note: Future changes may be made to Sponsors as additional opportunities are identified to provide greater sponsor recognition.  If changes are made that provide additional incentives, YOS will provide that same option to businesses that have already met that Sponsor during the calendar year.
