At Youth Outreach Services (YOS), we believe everyone deserves access to our services, regardless of their ability to pay. While we do our best to determine the coverage of our clients and their families, we accept all clients regardless of their ability to pay. We accept multiple forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Managed Medicaid networks. If you have insurance, contact our office with your insurance information so we can confirm eligibility and benefits before scheduling an appointment with one of our clinicians.

- Aetna Better Health of Illinois, formerly known as IlliniCare Health
- County Care
- Meridian/Wellcare, including NextLevel Health
- Molina
- YouthCare/HealthChoice Illinois
Managed care is a type of health insurance program that offers a full range of services to its members while helping them coordinate their health care. When you enroll in Managed Care, you become a member of a Health Plan, and you have multiple Health Plans to choose from, depending on where you live. YOS works with these Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to ensure you receive the best possible care through a care coordination model.
No one will be turned away due to inability to pay. A sliding fee schedule based on family size and income is available.
