Marcus Guerra joins YOS as the Director of Special Projects to our Redeploy team. With 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, Marcus has successfully guided policy changes while building community and business networks throughout the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining YOS, he provided thought leadership to non-profit organizations, focusing on self/professional development, team management, fundraising, and media relations.
