Mike is the CEO of Gallagher Bassett (“GB”), North America where he leads a team of over 3,000 claims and risk management professionals. Together, they focus on helping organizations manage their total cost of risk while providing exceptional service to their clients and claimants. Beyond leading GB’s North America business, Mike is also the Chair of the organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative, “Include@GB”, a topic of personal and professional passion for Mike.
Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Beyond work, Mike and his wife Valerie are the proud parents to six wonderful children and reside in Barrington, IL.
