Johanna Spellman is a partner in the Litigation & Trial Department in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, where she specializes in complex commercial litigation. Before joining Latham, Ms. Spellman served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Spellman holds a BA degree from Harvard College and a JD degree from Yale Law School. Prior to joining the Board, Ms. Spellman served as Co-President of the YOS Auxiliary Board.
