Jamie Noto has dedicated nearly 40 years to improving the lives of low-income, underserved youth and families through her leadership at Youth Outreach Services (YOS). As Chief Executive Officer, she leads the organization with a deep commitment to expanding access to high-quality, community-based services that empower young people, strengthen families, and build healthier communities throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Throughout her career at YOS, Jamie has served in a variety of leadership roles, culminating in her appointment as Director of Program Operations in 2001. In that role, she oversaw the planning, development, and administration of the agency’s comprehensive continuum of prevention, behavioral health, juvenile justice, child welfare, and supportive services. Her extensive experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, juvenile justice, child welfare, and organizational leadership has given her a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing youth and families.
Jamie earned a master’s degree in Guidance with a specialization in Substance Abuse Intervention from Roosevelt University. Her clinical expertise, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to YOS’s mission led to her appointment as Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2019. Under her leadership, YOS has continued to expand its impact, providing innovative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive programs that inspire positive youth development and create lasting opportunities for thousands of young people and families each year.
