Christi joined Youth Outreach Services (YOS) in April 2017 serving as a Program Manager in the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice Youth Center Warrenville. Prior to joining YOS, Christi worked in juvenile justice in direct care and management for over 30 years in Mississippi and Illinois. 20 of those years have been in management serving in leadership roles including operations, program development, strategic planning, and project management.
Christi’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Mississippi Valley State University and a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from National Louis University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Organizational Leadership and Development.
Christi’s passion to serve coupled with her experience and educational background motivate her to offer exceptional services that enhance the quality of life for the staff and clients she serves.
