Beth Spallone joined Youth Outreach Services (YOS) in June 2022, bringing a unique 360-degree perspective on philanthropy and marketing. Prior to her time at YOS, Beth provided thought leadership for several nonprofit organizations focused on mental health, substance use disorders, crisis intervention, homelessness, and suicide prevention. She demonstrated resourcefulness in securing funding from a diverse array of sources, including federal, state, and local grants, as well as foundation and corporate opportunities.
With over 25 years of experience, Beth has led teams in both the agency and nonprofit sectors, primarily in leadership positions. These experiences have helped organizations effectively tell their stories and build brand awareness. She possesses deep and unparalleled expertise in marketing and digital media, which has been instrumental in her fundraising efforts. As the Director of Philanthropy, Beth oversees the development of the organization’s comprehensive fundraising strategy, develops marketing materials, manages social media and donor communications, and nurtures major gifts.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with minors in Journalism and Psychology.
