At the heart of everything Youth Outreach Services (YOS) does is the belief that we’re making a difference in the lives of our clients, their families and their communities. As we look back at our strategic goals for fiscal year 2014, we’re heartened by tremendous progress made in
our four service areas: Counseling, Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice and Prevention.
