YOS has many internship opportunities for undergraduate, bachelor’s, and master’s level students, as well as recent graduates. Internships offer a chance to gain knowledge, skills, and experience in a social service nonprofit. All internships offered at YOS provide substantive, challenging experiences.
Interns at YOS have a direct impact on Chicago’s most vulnerable youth. Clinical interns take on clients of their own, allowing YOS to serve more youth each year. Administrative interns allow our administrative office to do more with less, ensuring that more funding dollars go directly to serving kids.
While YOS internships are unpaid, they may be eligible for academic credits. We will be happy to work with your college or university to make the necessary accommodations.
