Beth Spallone joined YOS in June 2022. She brings a unique 360-degree philanthropic and marketing perspective to Youth Outreach Services. Before joining YOS, Beth provided thought leadership to several nonprofit organizations with a focus on mental illness and substance abuse, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention as well as secured funding through federal, state, local, foundations, and corporate grant opportunities.
Throughout her career, Beth has led teams on the agency and nonprofit side and has spent most of those 20+ years serving in leadership roles helping companies tell their story and build brand awareness. She has deep industry expertise in marketing, digital media, and fundraising. As the Director of Philanthropy, Beth oversees the development of YOS’s overarching fundraising strategy, as well as actively managing donor communications, and stewardship of major gifts.
Beth’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with minors in Journalism and Psychology.
