YOS proudly announces our new program Youth Educational Support (YES). The YES program is designed to support youth to be ready for high school, college and careers through a computer-based program, Extralearning Online. Students identified at risk of truancy, suspension or expulsion will receive individual tutoring and social-emotional support through counseling services.

Requirements for tutors:
-A strong proficiency with computers
-Two days per week for a minimum of 12 weeks
-Strong skills in high school level math and science
-Patience working with at-risk youth
-Ability to work with a culturally diverse population
-Background check and fingerprinting
-Ability to speak Spanish is useful, but not required
